Are there any items I cannot order?

1. Why are some items restricted?

To ensure safety, legal compliance, and smooth hotel delivery, Stay Drop cannot process items that are difficult to store, restricted by law, or unsuitable for front-desk handling.

2. Restricted Item Categories

🚫 Fresh & Perishable Foods
Items requiring refrigeration or freezing (e.g., raw meat, fresh produce, ice cream).
Reason: Most hotels cannot provide cold storage, and items may spoil if not collected immediately.

🔥 Dangerous & Flammable Goods
Gas canisters, aerosols, flammable chemicals, or oversized external batteries.
Reason: These items are restricted by courier services, hotel safety policies, and airline regulations.

⚖️ Legally Restricted or Controlled Items
Adult-only products, prescription medications, illegal substances, or weapons.
Reason: Stay Drop complies strictly with South Korean laws and merchant policies.

📦 Oversized & Heavy Items
Large furniture, major appliances, or packages exceeding approximately 20kg.
Reason: Hotel front desks typically cannot accept or store oversized deliveries.

3. Prohibited for Export

Some items may be restricted when leaving Korea or entering your home country (e.g., processed meats, seeds, high-capacity power banks).
Customers are responsible for checking airline and customs regulations before ordering.
