Can I receive deliveries at an Airbnb or Guesthouse?

1. Supported Accommodation Types

Stay Drop can deliver to hotels, guesthouses, and private rentals.
Delivery responsibility differs depending on whether staff are present.

2. Staffed Guesthouses

If there is on-site staff:

  • Process is the same as a hotel
  • Please inform the host in advance

3. Unstaffed Airbnbs & Private Rentals

For accommodations without staff:

  • Couriers may leave packages at entrances or doors
  • Delivery is considered completed once the courier provides proof of delivery

⚠️ Stay Drop is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery at unstaffed locations.

4. Security Recommendation

We strongly advise:

  • Being present on delivery day, or
  • Using parcel lockers, if available
