Do I need to inform the hotel front desk?

1. Why This Matters

Hotels may refuse packages if the recipient name does not match their guest records.
Stay Drop is not responsible for deliveries refused due to hotel policy.

2. Required Information

To minimize issues, please provide:

  • Guest name (must match reservation)
  • Room number (after check-in)
  • Check-in / check-out dates

We clearly label all packages with:
[Guest Name / Room Number]

3. Informing the Hotel

We recommend notifying the front desk after ordering.

Suggested phrase:
โ€œI am expecting a package under my name. Could you please hold it for me?โ€

4. Stay Drop Communication Card

5. If the Hotel Refuses

Some hotels and guesthouses do not accept packages.
In such cases, Stay Drop cannot override hotel policy.
We recommend confirming the policy with your accommodation before ordering.
