How can I cancel my order?
1. The "Golden Window" for Cancellation
Korean e-commerce operates extremely fast. Many orders are packed and dispatched within minutes.
If you wish to cancel, contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Cancellation is handled on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.
2. Cancellation Before Shipping
If the seller has not yet dispatched the item:
- Refund: Full refund of the item price and service fee
- Processing Fees: A fixed processing fee of 10,000 KRW is non-refundable and may be deducted from your total refund, as these costs cannot be recovered by Stay Drop
3. Cancellation After Shipping
Once an order status changes to “Shipped” or “In Transit”, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for round-trip domestic shipping and seller-imposed handling fees (typically $10–$15)
- Refund Timing: Refunds are issued only after the seller confirms the item has been safely returned
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation:
- Open your WhatsApp chat with Stay Drop
- Send the word “CANCEL” along with your Order ID
Our team will immediately check the seller’s order status and act if cancellation is still possible.
5. Non-Cancellable Items
The following items cannot be canceled once ordered:
- Custom-made or personalized goods
- Digital vouchers or gift cards
- Pre-order items with seller-imposed no-cancellation policies
