How do I know when my package has arrived?

1. WhatsApp Notifications

Once the courier marks your package as delivered, we notify you via WhatsApp.

2. Proof of Delivery Photo

You will receive an official delivery photo showing:

  • Delivery location
  • Timestamp
  • Package condition

This photo serves as delivery confirmation.

3. Picking Up Your Package

Simply show the delivery photo to the front desk or staff.
No additional explanation is usually required.

4. Delivery Summary

We also provide:

  • Number of packages
  • Courier name
  • Delivery time

5. If There Is an Issue

If the package cannot be located:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will assist by contacting the courier or accommodation
