How much is the service fee?

1. Transparent, All-Inclusive Pricing

Stay Drop is not a simple forwarding service. Our fee covers:

  • Local payment on Korean-only platforms
  • Manual stock checks and order placement
  • Hotel delivery coordination
  • English concierge support throughout the process

2. Fee Structure

Each order consists of:

  • Item Price: Listed price on the Korean website
  • Service Fee: 25% of the item price
  • Handling Fee: 100,000 (KRW) per order

Example
Item price: 300,000KRW
Service fee (25%): 75,000KRW
Handling fee: 10,000KRW
Total: 375,000KRW

4. Final Price Guarantee

The price quoted on WhatsApp is all-inclusive and final unless:

  • You request a product change
  • The seller changes the price
  • Additional shipping is required due to special item conditions

Any change will always be confirmed with you before proceeding.

5. Local Shipping Fees

Some sellers may charge local delivery fees (usually $2–$5).
These are clearly disclosed in your quote before payment.
