What if the delivery is delayed past my check-out date?
1. Mandatory Schedule Review
Before payment, our concierge reviews your itinerary against estimated delivery timelines.
If we assess high risk of delay, we will strongly advise against proceeding or recommend faster alternatives.
2. Orders Placed Against Our Advice
If you choose to proceed after receiving a delay warning:
- You assume all delivery timing risks
- Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals
3. Exceptional Delay Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered at Stay Drop’s discretion only if:
- Delivery is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the estimated date
- Delay is caused by an unforeseeable seller or courier failure
Standard delays (1–3 days) or holiday-related delays are not eligible.
4. Post-Departure Deliveries
If a package arrives after check-out:
- Hotels may refuse or dispose of the package according to their policy
- Stay Drop does not guarantee redirection or international forwarding
5. Monitoring & Support
We continue tracking deliveries until marked “Delivered.”
If an abnormal delay qualifies under the exceptional policy, we will initiate dispute procedures with the seller on your behalf.
