What if the item is out of stock after I pay?

If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you immediately via WhatsApp.

2. Your Options

You may choose:

  • 100% Full Refund (including service fees), or
  • Replacement Item (same or similar product)

No additional handling fees apply for replacements.

3. Refund Processing Times

Refund timing depends on the payment method:

  • Crypto (CoinGate): Typically minutes to hours (network fees may apply)
  • PayPal: Usually instant
  • Credit Cards: 3–7 business days depending on your bank

4. Important Note

Stay Drop cannot guarantee restocking of sold-out items, especially for limited editions or flash sales.
