If we ordered an item incorrectly based on your confirmed instructions:

  • Full Coverage: We handle return and re-ordering at no additional cost
  • Time-Critical Cases: If re-ordering is impossible before your departure, a full refund will be issued

3. Scope of Stay Dropโ€™s Responsibility

Stay Drop acts as a purchasing agent and concierge service, not the product manufacturer or retailer.
Therefore, Stay Drop does not assume legal liability for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product malfunctions
  • Injuries or damages caused by the product
  • Seller-provided description inaccuracies

Our responsibility is limited to accurate order placement and delivery coordination. We will assist with seller communication, but final responsibility lies with the original seller.
